Health, Safety, Environment & Quality

At Optimal FM we are committed to delivering excellent performance in Health Safety, through a policy of cooperation, communication, and competence applied consistently throughout our operations through our in-house Health Safety Team.
We work hard to ensure our clients receive the best standards at all times. We have SSIP accreditations including Avetta, CHAS premium plus, Constructionline gold, and Safe contractor. All of our operatives are CSCS certified. Our supervisors are SSSTS trained and or NVQ level 3 trained and our managers are SMSTS and or NVQ level 6 trained. Our in-house health and safety representatives are NEBOSH and IOSH qualified.

Rob and Alan have been tenacious

Rob and Alan have been tenacious with their chasing of directs and coordination of the works required at the store. The scheme was a very extensive remodel on a shop that hasn’t really been touched since it opened 20 years ago. Substantial relay of the store has created a totally new look and feel for the shop and Rob and Alan handled it extremely well. Stockport has always had some over the norm elements to it, which includes the Stockport tower in the car park which needed substantial works and Rob and Alan have battled hard to get the tower looking fit for purpose again. We had no major issues really throughout the works, a couple of minor issues but with a shop of this size and the way the team handled it there was no impact on customers or colleagues. Feel really proud of this scheme that I have been trying to get delivered for over 6 years now and happy to say Optimal have done everything they can to ensure we have delivered a great looking store.
