The business was founded by the three Directors: Stewart Henderson, Graeme Henderson, and Alasdair Stewart. We all share the same desire to exceed our client’s expectations and do this by leading from the front. A director leads every project personally to ensure that we deliver on time, on budget and snag free every time.
Optimal FM work with the environment in mind. We use minimal amounts of chemicals where possible and use environmentally friendly solutions where appropriate.
Our operatives travel in groups, reducing carbon footprint and we always depose of our waste in the appropriate manner in line with national standards and our own environmental policies.

At Optimal FM we work hard to ensure our clients receive the best standards at all times. We have CHAS and Constructionline accreditations and our operatives are CSCS certified, Our supervisors are SSSTS trained and our managers are SMSTS or SVQ level 3 trained.
